Weekly Favorites: Fab 5

1. Faux Cartier LOVE bracelet- $50
Yesterday, when I was out doing a little damage to my credit card (My name is Jamie Grace, and I am a shopaholic) I stumbled upon this beauty....or so I thought.

One of the most coveted pieces of jewelry in any fashionistas collection, the Cartier LOVE bracelet, is a item that I've been saving up for what seems like forever. While having this amazing piece of fashion would pull any 'arm-candy' together perfectly, the price tag deters  many (starting at $6,300)! So when I found this at my local Monkees I was in awe, but not of its beauty but the price tag...wait for it...$50!!! It was a dupe/knockoff/replica/fake/faux or what-have-you but you would have no idea. Of course I picked it up because the 6,250 difference was too much to let it slip out of my hands. They also had faux LOVE rings for $35. Definitely check your local Monkee's for these dupes (currently no online)

Tennis, running, yoga, ect. this top is not only super cute but also super practical for day-to-day use (SUPER COMFY) but also for working out. The open back would look absolutely adorable with a lace bralette with cute strap designs in the back (Free People is my fav!) But also when you tie it up in the back it is perfect for a match or hot yoga. Definitely will be wearing this tennis season on the courts.

I recently went to the eye-doctor for the first time in YEARS and I found out that I was nearsighted so I would need glasses for driving and sitting in the back of a lecture hall, but my eyesight wasn't bad enough to need contacts so he suggested getting sunglasses.  I picked these beauties up and they put my prescription in the lens and I am absolutely in love with them. Kate Spade has yet again outdone themselves with these Hermes look-a-likes.

I bought these beauties from Nordstrom Rack in the spring and have found myself wearing them so often this summer; super comfortable and chic. Sadly this style is out of stock but you can find some similar ones currently for sale at Nordstrom or Saks but if you are as in love with them as I am, go check your local Nordstrom Rack or Ebay!

While at Charlottes at North Hills I fell in love with this bag. While I had been eyeing it for over a year, I was looking at the Classic Monogram style of the bag. The vintage look is so beautiful in my opinion, with the worn in leather handles this bag is perfect for the summer.

Love Always,

"I don't sweat...I sparkle"

While i would love to be able to claim this quote as a fact....it most defiantly is not true. In lieu of my ability to be an Edward Cullen vampire that sparkles in the sun, I enjoy working out or just lounging around in Lululemon athletic wear, which makes me feel almost as amazing!

I've tried every brand under the sun: from Nike, Under Armor, Adidas, Athleta, ect..... I have come to hold "Lulu" as the Queen B of sports wear. From my constant errands, to hot yoga and tennis, lulu has everything you might need.

Here are some of the lulu pieces I wore this past week for tennis....

Swiftly Tech Racerback Tank $48
Hit Your Stride Skirt- $64
- This tank top is made of the highest quality fabric that keeps sweat off of you! I bought mine in a size up because I like my tennis tops to be loose, but if you're thinking of buying this top for yoga, I'd defiantly go for your true size.
- Every Lulu skirt I own is so comfortable. They run true to size and are made of amazing materials       that keep you feeling clean and dry...even when you're playing tennis outside 8 hours a day

105 F Singlet $52
Tracker Short $54
Free To Be *Wild Sport Bra $48
- My ABSOLUTE favorite Lulu item is the 105 F Singlet with the scalloped edges, so loose and comfortable. Plus has a fairly open back so looks really cute with strappy sports bras like the Free to be *Wild one from Lulu.
- These shorts are 1. so comfortable and 2. fashionable cute chic for athletic wear
- I own this sports bra in 3 different colors and it is by far my favorite of the Lulu ones I own, the light weight and breathability of the bra along with the fun straps in the back make it my favorite

No Limits Tank
Pace Setter Skirt
- So both of these styles (last summer/fall) are not online at the moment: but I'm sure you can find them on Ebay. A lulu top that is similar (with regards to having a built in bra with little padding) would be this.
- A lulu doupe for this skirt would be a newer style called the Pace Rival Skirt ii-- doesn't have the 3 layers of ruffles but it does have some cute pleats.

***My friend Emery in the picture also happens to be sporting a Lululemon (fellow Lulu enthusiast) Swiftly Tech Racerback Tank in grey and another one of my favorite shorts the Speed Short in a beautiful electric coral.

Love Always,

My Everyday Jewelry!

Do you have certain jewelry pieces that you seem to always put on, even when you're just going on a grocery store run or tanning with your friends by the pool? I am guilty of this. I adore my elaborate jewelry collection, and yet I tend to always reach for the same few pieces to wear on a daily basis.

My rings: these two I wear religiously- every single day. The one on the left, in gold, is my class ring (worn on my right ring finger) that my parents so graciously bought for me this past fall. Contrary to typical class rings where the student has their choice in stone, design, cut, ect. in which no 2 are the same, my schools class ring is the same. Each year the junior class has a Ring Banquet in which we are individually presented with our ring and the last time before graduation that we we, as a class, will be all recognized. The only variations are in the different karat gold (a few opt for white gold but the yellow gold is traditional). It's a 14 karat yellow gold with black onyx ring. Our school seal is engraved in the stone with 20 on one side of the band and 16 on the other {representing my graduation year 2016}, with my full name engraved on the inside of the band. The other ring is a sterling sliver hand-engraved monogramed dome ring (worn on my left middle finger). This ring was my first "big girl" purchase. I bought it for myself the summer before my freshman year in high school, with my own money that I had saved up.

My go to studs: {from left to right} we have my sterling silver Tiffany bulb earrings gifted to me by my aunt. Then my grandmothers pearls that she gave me for my 15th birthday {these things are HUGE and I love it!!} & then my sterling Tory Burch logo studs that I bought for myself 2 summers ago when I spent two weeks at Stanford University, these always add a cute pop to an outfit especially when wearing a bun/updo.

My other go to earrings are my Sheila Fajl hoops {in brushed gold and brushed rose gold}.

 WATCHES---

    • My dad's Rolex that I borrow for special occasions b/c its a BEAUT
    • My clear/rose gold Michael Kors chronograph watch
I pair these watches with a variety of different bracelets but my essential one that I don't leave the house without is currently sold out. My Tiffany Venetian Link bracelet in sterling silver has been with me since 7th grade. My aunt has a tradition of always giving me a Tiffany & Co. timeless piece for either my birthday or Christmas. This bracelet is my staple.

My monogrammed necklace is another staple {pictured above}. It is in desperate need of polishing, but this sterling silver classic captures my preppy edge. While I am looking for a small gold one-- this one will last me many more years.

Another one of my favorite necklaces {pictured below--- and currently MIA} is my other pride and joy. This necklace is on a much shorter chain and hangs just a bit looser than a choker. If you know me, then you know that I am OBSESSED with elephants so its a no brainer that I have fallen in love with it {really need to find it!!!}
Dogeared "Good Luck Elephant Necklace -- dipped in gold--
I wear most of these pieces 24/7--- only taking them off to shower, exercise, and sleep. I enjoy pairing different stones and metals together to create an effortlessly chic "arm party." Do you have pieces that are your staples? What are they and do they have any special meaning to you? Have a fabulous day y'all!

Love Always~~~

Sick Daze~~~

Since Monday I've been having dizzy spells and a constant migrane--- so todays OOTD is VERY casual. Been out to the Radiologist to get a CT scan and I'll be off to my 7 Study  later tonight.

T-shirt Vest Leggings Socks Boots

Wearing my UGGs rolled down is my favorite way-- I like the contrast of the different textures {not sure if this is a southern trend or not but I LOVE it}!

Earrings & School Ring

After my appt. we {my mother MJ and I} went to Benelux Coffee in downtown Raleigh. They have AMAZING coffee and belgium waffles. Their waffles are made-to-order and are golden crispy on the outside and light & fluffy on the inside--- perfect when you are starving aka not allowed to eat all day before brain scans!
Nutella w/ strawberry, banana & whip :)
Vanilla Latte

Wrapping up week #2 of the 7 Experiment tonight

Belated New Years Party

Dress Necklace Boots
Last Sunday my small group {about 15 junior girls from my church} got together with our fabulous leaders to eat dinner, play games, catch-up on the latest, and plan some of our events for 2015.I went with a cute casual look {pictured to the right}, pairing one of my absolute favorite casual dresses, with this fur vest, and my Melissa Frye boots.

Vest Bracelet
The vest is currently sold out, but if you do a little window shopping I'm sure a bunch of boutiques near you will have other chic faux fur alternatives. Now can we all take a minute to admire this beautiful cuff…?!?! I'm absolutely in love with it--- it's not only an elephant cuff but its Lilly {insert heart eyed emoji here}. My loving mother tracked down the last one on the east coast for one of my christmas presents {thanks MJ}.

Heres to an amazing new year with friends, fashion, fellowship, football, and family! Hope y'all had a fabulous new year and a great start to second semester, work, or just life in general.
